ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using Travel Guide AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Travel Guide AI provides AI-powered landmark recognition and information services. The App allows users to photograph landmarks and receive historical and cultural information.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Free Tier: 3 landmark searches (lifetime)
- Premium: $2.99/month for 50 searches per day
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
USE RESTRICTIONS
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Misuse the AI service or circumvent usage limits
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Travel Guide AI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of landmark identification
- Availability of the service at all times
- That the App will meet your specific requirements
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

TERMINATION
