  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By downloading, installing, or using Calorie Magic AI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
  2. Description of Service
    Calorie Magic AI is a nutrition tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photographs and provide estimated nutritional information including calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats, and other nutrients. The App also integrates with Apple HealthKit to display activity data.
  3. User Eligibility
    You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
  4. Account and Data
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored within the App.
    You agree to provide accurate information when using the App.
    Your food entries and nutrition data are stored locally on your device and may be synced with Apple HealthKit if you grant permission.
  5. Subscription Terms
    Calorie Magic AI offers optional premium subscription plans:

Subscription Options:

Monthly Premium: $6.99 per month
Yearly Premium: $49.99 per year
Billing:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Free Trial:

Both subscription plans include a 7-day free trial.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You will not be charged during the free trial period unless it expires without cancellation.
Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

If you have a medical condition, eating disorder, food allergies, or other health concerns, consult a healthcare professional before using this App.
We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on information provided by the App.

  1. Accuracy of Information
    Nutritional estimates are generated using artificial intelligence and may vary from actual values.
    Factors such as food preparation methods, portion sizes, ingredients, and image quality can affect accuracy.
    Users should use the App’s estimates as general guidance rather than precise measurements.
    We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any nutritional information provided.
  2. HealthKit Integration
    The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and display your activity data (steps, calories burned, exercise minutes, distance).
    We do not store your HealthKit data on external servers.
    HealthKit data is used solely to display activity information within the App.
    You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through your device’s Settings.
  3. Acceptable Use
    You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Share or distribute your subscription access with others
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

  1. Intellectual Property
    The App, including its design, features, content, and AI technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
    You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
  2. Third-Party Services
    The App uses OpenAI’s technology for food analysis.
    Your food images are processed by third-party AI services to provide nutritional estimates.
    We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.
  3. Privacy
    Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
  4. Limitation of Liability

    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
